You may collect from O4’s, arrange and pay your own courier or pickup person, or ask O4’s to arrange delivery.
O4’s-arranged delivery
Product payment is completed at checkout. Because outsourced delivery depends on distance, parcel weight and the courier available at the time, O4’s sends the exact delivery quote separately after reviewing your order. The quote appears in your account before delivery.
Choose how to pay the quote
Once the quote is ready, you may pay it securely online or choose to pay when the goods are delivered. No estimated delivery fee is added to your product payment.
Collection and tracking
For collection or customer-arranged pickup, we’ll confirm when the order is ready. When tracking details are available for an O4’s delivery, they appear inside your account.
