How long does Design Your Own take?+
Most custom requests are reviewed within 1–2 business days. Production timing depends on complexity and is always approved with you before payment.
Can I use my own fabric?+
Yes. Upload clear photos and describe the material in your request. We’ll confirm whether it is suitable before proceeding.
Do normal products have fixed prices?+
Yes. Every published shop product has a price and stock status. Only custom clothing is priced after individual review.
How does delivery payment work?+
You pay for products at checkout. You may collect, arrange your own pickup, or ask O4’s to arrange delivery. For O4’s delivery, we check distance, parcel weight and available couriers before sending an exact quote to your account. You can then pay online or on delivery.
Can I return an item?+
Eligible unworn ready-to-wear and jewellery may be returned within 7 days. Cut fabric and custom-made garments are generally not returnable unless faulty.
